We are a management company of private real estate funds that was established in 2007 with the coming into force of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
In 2015, we became a management company in which Mizuho Trust & Banking Co., Ltd. has a 100% stake through our parent company Mizuho Realty One Co., Ltd. (formerly, Simplex Investment Advisors Inc.).

Since our establishment in 2007, we have dedicated efforts to maximizing investor returns through not only creation of investment opportunities for various investment scenarios and asset types commensurate with the needs but also provision of high-quality real estate asset management services to investors by leveraging the development and management know-how and experience we have accumulated to date.

As a member of the Mizuho Financial Group, which aspires to be a comprehensive financial consulting group, we will keep working to ensure that we can continue to realize sustainable and stable contribution to the economy and society through the real estate investment market as a real estate asset management company that enhances the value of and creates new added value for the assets entrusted to us by continuing to be an “organization” boasting high technical capabilities and strategic planning and execution capabilities formed by the combined “individual” strengths of each and every person at the Company while utilizing the financial functions of the Group.
